October 6th, 2013A day out the the fresh air…
Sandra’s beautiful edible garden inspired by permaculture and other alternative growing methods, offers nutrion and splendor. Recycled off cuts from the slate tiles become useful for signaling the different plants and particularities.
An old bicycle wheel is transformed into a bean growing frame.
The adjacent apple orchard offers many sorts of apple trees, and our sunday of collecting and picking will turn the full crates into many litres of delicious apple juice.
And last but not least: the pic-nic featuring Gégé’s home-made goat cheese from her 5 goats.
Definitly the best goat’s cheese I have ever eaten.
Back home….
