Hands Up for the SOB

This unofficially released documentary by Jozef Devillé is awsome! Some of us were lucky enough to get a seat at the preview last night in a Brussels cinema.
“The Sound of Belgium” retraces the belgian party feeling starting with the post war era right and going right through to the 90’s rave, with a very vivid account of the crazy energy and feeling that moved the club scene between 85 and 95. A few major players rememorize (with enthusiasm but avoiding nostalgia) what the music making was like during that period. A very small country with a serious need to party mad!
And to those who did experience the scene, the film will definitly give you goosebumps!

The screening was followed by a party with the DJs featured in the film playing some serious tunes!
