Champagne!

Scotty and Kaatja come round to make us some typical slovenskà Zakuski…no Halusky.
With this we drink some typical gin style beverage called Borovicka and quickly feeling funny.

So for Halusky you mix flour and grated potato which you cook in boiling water.

Then you mix together with some real sheep cream cheese and some industrial cream cheese…

and that’s it, no pepper no vegetables just pure Halusky! what an experience :))

Then we felt REALLY full and listened to some new records from the US and UK…
I’m crazy about “Sunnyview” label and Timbaland at the moment, and had some new exports, Scotty had brought loads of 90’s hardcore back from his UK W.E record buying trip.

Finished the day at a café terrace holdingon to ice.
